She was predeceased by: her parents, James Strong and Mary Jo Chism Strong; her siblings, Bud Chism, Tommy Chism, Janet McCann and Betty Chism; her siblings-in-law, Bruce McCann and Flora Chism; her siblings' children, Mark McCann and Pam Sullivan; and her friends, Althea Gay and Ellen Saunders.
She is survived by: her caregiver James Lee Davidson; her children, Jim (Kary Davidson) of Southwest Harbor, Maine, Sarah (Ryan Walker) of Starkville, MS and Joanna (Anthony Lofton) of Natchez, MS; her grandchildren, Evan Davidson, Riley Lofton, Mary Mack Walker, Ellen Walker, Maggie Lofton and Annie Lofton; her sisters, Irma (Pat Caldwell) and Jimmie (Johnny Simpson); and her pet Rudy. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and special friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Natchez Adams County Humane Society.
