He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Talbert and Mamie Talbert; the mother of his children Doris Waldrep; his son Richard Talbert; and his brothers, Roger Tolbert of Natchez, MS and Billy Ray Talbert of Slidell, LA..
He is survived by: his brother Ralph Talbert (Betty) of Avinger, TX. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenlawn Memorial Park (106 Morgantown Rd, Natchez, MS 39120).
