Though Rhelda may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband James Gordon "Jim" Easterling, Sr.; and her parents, R. V. Morgan and Bessie Morgan. She is survived by: her sons, James Gordon Eastering, Jr. (Susan) of Pontotoc and Gregory Neal Easterling (Sueann) of Natchez; and her grandchildren, Jay Easterling, III (Angel), Quentin Easterling (Jennifer), Amanda Stark (Wylie), Jessica Christoff (Brian), Angela Easterling and Erin Gaspard (Shane). She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren, her siblings and survived by 15 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
