She is survived by: her children, Eva Mayer of Hammond, Jarri Matise of Metairie, Velma Heidel (Rob) of Natchez, MS., Willie Robert Maxie, Jr. of Natchez, MS. and Debbie Freeman of Natchez, MS.; and her pet Lady. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Highland Park Baptist Church (319 Highland Blvd, Natchez, MS 39120). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
