He was predeceased by: his parents, Conley Ervin and Margarite Terrell of Monroe, LA.. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Ann Mullins; his cousins, Mary Joseph and Ruthie Weinzettle; his brother-in-law James P. Mullins (Ann) of Bunkley, MS; and his sibling's children, Glenn Posey (Brenda) of Stapleton, AL, William Mullins (Fran) of Roxie, MS, Sally Mullins Jones (Howard) of Natchez, MS, Dr. Kirk Mullins of Baton Rouge, LA, Gary Mullins of Biloxi, MS., Page Mullins (Carolyn Mullins), Lee Jones (Eliza Jones Switzer) and Cena Mullins (Beth Mullins).
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Franklin Funeral Home (291 Main St, Meadville, MS 39653). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Midway Cemetery.
