William Edgar Kennon Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2025, at the age of 97, William Edgar Kennon (Natchez, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lawrence Kennon, Sr. and Elizabeth Louise Berry Kennon; his wife Zelma Blackwell Kennon; his brother Robert Lawrence Kennon, Jr.; his sister-in-law Mary Louise Miles Kennon; his daughter-in-law Diane Yelverton Kennon; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Maitlyn Ryan.
He is survived by: his sons, William Lawrence Kennon of Natchez, MS, Dr. Robert Harold Kennon (Debra) of Greer, SC and Ronald Dale Kennon (Melissa) of Flowood, MS. He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Memorials are requested to be made to New Covenant Presbyterian Church.
