He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin Riley, Sr. and Stella Carlene Gillespie Riley; his brother Mark Riley; and his granddaughter Danielle Hickman. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Riley Blanchard (Shelton), William Riley, III (Tiffany) and Benjamin Riley (Sonya); and his sister Bonnie Elizabeth Riley. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
