Monte Anthony Morgan Obituary

We bid farewell to Monte Anthony Morgan of Nesbit, Mississippi, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 12, 2025 at the age of 88. Monte touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Lloyd Morgan and Mary Etta Johnson Morgan; his son Monte A. Morgan, II; and his brothers, Robert Morgan and Alvin Morgan.

He is survived by: his wife Helen Hay Morgan; his daughter Sherri Watson (Gene); and his grandchildren, Brooks Spradling, Marcus Spradling, Derek Spradling, Blake Morgan and Lindsey Watson. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Christ Covenant Presbyterian Church in Hernando, MS.
