She was predeceased by: her parents, James Freddie Oliver and Rosey Mae Burkett Oliver; her husband Edgar Neil Looney; her siblings, James Oliver, Alrin Ray Oliver, Jack Oliver and Jackie Oliver; and her great grandchild Payzleigh Tyler Groves.
She is survived by: her sister Peggy Oliver Brookman; and her children, Richard Hester (Debra) of Nettleton, Sue Dunaway (Lee) of Marietta, Bonnie Isaac (Brian) of New Albany, Eddie Looney (Suzanne) of Nettleton and William Looney of Marietta. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
