He was predeceased by: his father James Milo. He is survived by: his mother Linda Gardner Garrard; his siblings, James'Eddy'Garrard and Linda Garrett (Troy) of Hamilton, MS; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew Garrard, Dustin Garrard, Ethan Garrett and Jami Perez.
