With sadness, we share the passing of Tommy Lawson (Nettleton, Mississippi). Tommy, born on September 6, 1930, passed away on September 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Denton Lawson and Edna Jewell Huffman Lawson; his siblings, William Denton Lawson, Doris Inex Lawson and Nolan Dean Lawson; and his grandchildren, Christen Renee Lawson and David Craig Henderson.

He is survived by: his wife Nell Lawson; his sons, Terry Lawson (Jenny) of Fayetteville, AR, Todd Lawson, Wren and Tim Laswon (Debbie); his grandchildren, Heather Miller (Kyle), Josh Lawson (Stephanie), Levi Lawson (Brittany), Hannah Willis (Chris), Jake Lawson (Kelci) and Courtney Camille Lawson Henderson (Rocky); and his great grandchildren, William Daniel Lawson, Cora Nicole Lawson, Aven Elise Miller, Clara Grace Lawson, Everett Thomas Lawson, Rowan Patrick Miller, Hannah Kaylen Willis, Christopher Samuel Willis, Mila Harper Lawson, Maverick Lucas Lawson, Sadie Lane Henderson, Olivia Lashay Henderson, Benjamin Reece Carlisle, Stephen Todd Henderson, Linda Lindsey Wren Henderson, Mason Beton Lawson, Ava Mackenzie Lawson and Keelan Xaviar Lawson.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home-Nettleton Buchanan (125 Buchanan Ave, Nettleton, MS 38858). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Wren Church of Christ (30307 Old Wren Rd, Aberdeen, MS 39730).

Memorials may be made in Tommy's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
