He was predeceased by: his parents, William Barry "Bill" Foley and Estes Snipes Foley; and his sister Sarah Grubbs. He is survived by: his wife Latane Armstrong Foley; his children, Terry Foley (Kennie), David Foley (Lisa), Mary Foley of Blue Springs and Katie Shroads (Tommy) of Batesville; and his grandchildren, Will Foley (Meghan), Carrie Foley Eaton (Drew), Lindsey Foley Kimmett (Jake), Lucas Foley (Rachel), Mandy Hall, Cody Bedford and Estella Shroads. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
