He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Ashley Staggs; his sons, Jeff Staggs (Amy) of Ingomar and Jeremy Staggs (Amanda) of Pontotoc; and his grandchildren, Paige Perry, Isaac Staggs and Ellen Staggs. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
