He is survived by: his children, Donna Poppelrieter and Frankie Elliott Jr.; his sisters, Marie Brown and Jackie Busbee; and his grandchildren, Terry Elliott, Kayla Jumper (Beau), Allison Elliott, Owen Elliott (Morgan), Austin Speck (Andi), Tyler Speck (Caley), Cecila Elliott and Chance Elliott. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
