He was predeceased by: his parents, Anatole Blanchard and Theresa Bourge Blanchard; and his wife Carmen Rodrigue. He is survived by: his children, Eydie Pullman (James) of New Albany, Donna Fasullo (Tony) of Marrero and Davin Blanchard of Marrero. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
