He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lee Norman and Annie Belle Woodruff Norman; and his siblings, C. W. Norman, Cecil Norman, Eric Norman and Wilma Kidd.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Teague Norman; his children, Brooks Lee Norman and Jeanne Carol Moore (Michael); his grandchildren, Brice Moore and Michaela Moore; and his sister Marjorie Jarrett. He is also survived by eight nieces and thirteen nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church (1396 Co Rd 126, New Albany, MS 38652). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
