He is survived by: his son Nathan Whitehead (Barbara Hastings); his brother Don Raymond Whitehead (Lisa); his grandchildren, Chasity Hamm (Codey), Zack Whitehead and Brooklyn Anderson; and his great grandchildren, Silas and Luna Hamm.
