He was predeceased by : his parents, Malcolm G. Rogers and Lillie Lorene Robbins Rogers; and his brother David Rogers. He is survived by : his wife Havis Williams Rogers; his daughter Jan Pannell (John); his sister Betty Johnson (Freddie); his sisters-in-law, Rosemary Jeter and Beth Rogers; his grandchildren, John Malcolm Pannell (Hannah) and Sallie Rakestraw (Brett); and his great grandchildren, Peyton and Tucker Pannell.
