She was predeceased by: her parents, William Frank Price and Ludie Pickens Price; her husband John Alexander Beard; her granddaughter Kristie Beard Thompson; and her siblings, William Foster Price, Maurine Price Aston, Orna Price Dye and Vergie Price.
She is survived by: her sons, John David Beard (Christi), Mike "Buddy" Beard (Edna) and Dean Beard (Martha); her grandchildren, Jennifer Galloway, Deana Willard, Jessica Davis, Joshua Sabinson and Jonathan Sabinson; her great grandchildren, Justin Thompson, Shawn Thompson, Bethany Barron (Ryan), Dalton Galloway, Adam Galloway, Hunter Willard, Alex Willard and Adam Louwien; her great great grandchildren, Stella and Olivia Barron; and her niece Patricia Aston Glover. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the United Funeral Service, Inc. (700 MS-15, New Albany, MS 38652). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
