He is survived by: his mother Jewel Mayzell Payne Palmer; his wife Debra Williams Palmer; his daughters, Tonya Higgins, Ginger Howell (Steve), Katrina Uribe, Jennifer Uribe and Cary Hester; his siblings, Wilma Cobb (Cary) and Billy Palmer; his grandchildren, C. J. Swinford, Michael Swinford, Ihy Uribe, Violet Parham, Justin Romero, Jai Romero, Corbin Romero, Kristen Sanders and Hunter Howell; and his great grandchildren, Danica Romero, Austin Howell, Carter Sanders and Nicholas Sanders.
