Sammy Coker Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 15, 2026, at the age of 77, Sammy Coker in New Albany, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Coker and Bessie Greer Coker; and his sister Janie Barnett (Lanois). He is survived by: his wife Jane Coker of Baldwyn; his children, Samantha Barron (Michael) of Baldwyn and Paul Coker (Anna); his brother Danny Coker (Judy) of Ellistown; and his grandchildren, Wade Barron, Bellamy, Chloe Barron, Sam Barron, Jake Coker, Webb Coker and Stella Coker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends; his special little dog.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Disabled Veteran's Association.
