He is survived by: his mother Grace Haddock Crotts; his wife Barbara Martin Crotts; his children, Haylee Towery (Justin), Martin Crotts (Erica) and Michael Crotts; his brothers, Stacey Crotts (Amy), Kelly Crotts (Paula) and Kyle Crotts; his grandchildren, Mary Martin Crotts, Dex Crotts, Jake Crotts, Wilkes Crotts, Casen Chism, Corbin Chism, Daxton Towery, Karver Towery and Blayne Towery; and his close friends, Justin Roberts, Tim Kent and Jack Henderson.
