He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Reverend Howard and Ada Foster. He is survived by: his children, Latisha Wilson (Shaffer) of Milwaukee, WI, Steven Foster, II (Kim) of Milwaukee, WI, Zachariah Foster of Plano, IL and Leviathon Foster of Plano, IL; his parent Mary V. Foster Hardin of New Albany, MS; and his sisters, Marilyn Hardin of New Albany, MS and Cynthia Garcia of Rockford, IL. He is also survived by several grandchildren, a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and many many friends.
