It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timmy Smithey (New Albany, Mississippi), who passed away on December 14, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Timmy may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Timmy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Stokes Smithey and Mary Edith Owen Smithey. He is survived by: his children, Rusty Smithey and Savanna Smithey Bowling; his grandchildren, Autumn Schlueter, Jacob Bowling and Joshua Bowling; and his great grandchild Amber Elliott.
