He is survived by: his wife Sherran Fitzgerald Whitten; his children, Tonya Whitten Goudelock and Robin Whitten (Ginger); his grandchildren, Kayla Lyons (Zach Inman) and Andrew Whitten; his great grandchildren, Aria Whitten and Wade Whitten; and his brother William Whitten (Joyce).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the United Funeral Service, Inc. (700 MS-15, New Albany, MS 38652). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
