She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Sanford and Opal Sanford; her husband David Bruce McCardle; and her siblings, Carolyn Lousie Brewer, Earl Sanford and David Sanford.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Bruce McCardle (Amy) of Hattiesburg, David James McCardle of Richton and Candy Geneva McCardle of Hattiesburg; her granddaughter Jessica Lee McCardle; and her siblings, Catherine Nell McCardle and William Robert Sanford. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
