We are sad to announce that, on March 21, 2026, at the age of 73, Alan Norman Trotter of Newton, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Alan departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Alan. Though Alan may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his wife Jackie Trotter; his parents, Herman Trotter and Frances Poole Trotter; and his brother Larry Trotter. He is survived by: his brother Steve Trotter (Janet) of Madison; and his nieces and nephews, Jordan Trotter Williams (Wes), Marion Trotter Sharp (Tyler), Andrew Trotter and Daniel Trotter (Becca).
