He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Willis and Helen Willis; and his sister Joyce Nicholson. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Kilpatrick Willis of Newton, Mississippi; his children, Lisa Kay Lockett (John) of Pass Christian, Mississippi and Marty Warren Willis (Brenda) of Houston, Mississippi; Thomas Willis of Amite, Louisiana.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
