We bid farewell to Faye Boyd of Newton, Mississippi, born in Walnut Grove, Mississippi, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 23, 2024 at the age of 91. Faye touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by : her parents, Sam L. Jones and Lela Tatum Jones; her grandson Jason Boyd; and her siblings, Ray Jones, Herman Jones, Beth Willis, Cloneil Jones Miley, Larry Jones and Jim Jones.

She is survived by : her daughters, Brenda Embrey (late Charlie) and Teresa Gay (late Earl Boyd); her grandchildren, Thomas James, Brenda Russell (Johnny), Johnny James Daniel Gay (Grace) and Jessica Boyd; and her great grandchildren, Seth Garrett, John Thomas James, Myleighla James, Ethan Russell, Kiley Russell, Destiny Gay, Connor James, Abby James and Wesley Gay. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Newton County Memorial Gardens (9998 MS-15, Newton, MS 39345).
