She is survived by: her husband Fred; her children, Dr. Adair Blackledge (Deanna) and Mary Margaret Simmons (Ryan Simmons); her grandchildren, AnnAdair Blackledge, Blount Blackledge, Causey Simmons and Bounds Simmons; and her brother Dr. Marcus Adair (Faye). She is also survived by friends and prayer partners.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorial donations be made to Mission Action at First Baptist Church Quitman.
