He was predeceased by: his daughter Brandi Vega (Chapman); and his parents, Thomas Chapman and Ella Frances Chapman (Milstead). He is survived by: his wife Pamela Chapman (Easom); his daughter Donna Chapman; his grandchildren, Justus Vega and Zathienna Sharp; and his brother Frank Chapman.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Newton County Funeral Home South (100 Old Hwy 15 Loop, Newton, MS 39345). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at the Newton Masonic Cemetery (601 Decatur St, Newton, MS 39345).
