He was predeceased by: his wife Emily Kay Dillon Maske; his daughter Michele Locklear; his parents, Gordon Alexander and Carrie Louise Gaines Maske; and his brothers, J. E. "Gene" Maske (Bobbie) and Charles Gordon Maske (Elizabeth).
He is survived by: his son Michael Maske (Michelle) of Newton; his grandchildren, Daniel Locklear (Brandie Allen) of Newton, Derek Locklear of Newton and Savanna Maske (Dallas Stewart) of Mize; his great grandchild Logan Locklear; and his son-in-law Danny Locklear. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
