She was predeceased by: her parents, John T Erwin and Laura Erwin. She is survived by: her husband William Hollingworth; and her children, Terry Collins (Dock), David Hollingsworth (Cherri) and Wayne Hollingsworth (Betty). She is also survived by twelve grandkids, twelve great grandkids, and four great great grandkids.
