He is survived by: his daughters, Kristy Gustafson Thomas and Anna McNeill; his grandchildren, Johnathan Gustafson, Edward Castillo, Kayleena Thomas, Olivia McNeill and Orion McNeill; and his brothers, Richard Gustafson and Roger Gustafson.
