He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Glen Horton; and his brother Robert Glen Horton. He is survived by: his mother Linda Ruth Horton Moyer; his brother Adam Clayton Horton; and his aunts and uncles, Nancy Dubuisson, Cathy Davis, Dwight Horton, Johnny Dell Horton and Debra Horton Forsman.
To honor his memory, it is requested that donations be made to St Jude Hospital. This was his favorite charity to which he contributed faithfully.
