It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel William Hayes of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, born in Monroe, Michigan, who passed away on May 22, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Steven E. Hayes; his parents, Paul Hayes and Dorothy Hayes; and his siblings, Nancy Grimes, Jill Hayes and David Hayes.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon I. Hayes; his sons, Justin Hayes (Stephanie) and Matthew Hayes (Laura); and his sisters, Karen Spangler (Ed) and Paula Parrot. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in Dan's memory to Crossroads Church of the Nazarene, children's/youth's department, 6150 Firestone St., Ocean Springs, MS.
