He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Lee McIntosh Sr. and Ida Beth McIntosh; and his grandparents, Leroy, Hattie McIntosh, Charles J. and Sarah E. Barr.
He is survived by: his sister Alicia Beth Jackson (Ralph Alexander Jackson III); and his children, Jeremy Stewart, Brandon Stewart, Robert David Hollis McIntosh (Stephanie) and Brandie Lee McIntosh. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
