With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gay Taylor O'Neil of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 26, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

While her presence may be gone, her impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
She was predeceased by: her husband H. Gerald O'Neil. She is survived by: her sons, Gerald Wayne O'Neil (Cindy Smith) and Hugh Leslie O'Neil (Valerie Joyce); her sister Berdelle Taylor Campbell; and her granddaughter Christina Jordan O'Neil.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church of Ocean Springs (921 Ocean Ave, Ocean Springs, MS 39564). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
