He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Cooper (Jeanne); and his parents, Eda Elizabeth Lins Cooper and Hubert Francis Cooper. He is survived by: his children, Karen Champaigne (Michael) and Michael Cooper (Olga); his grandchildren, Jena Foulon (Garrett), Cameron Champaigne (Taylor), Kyle Cooper (Laura) and Braden Cooper; his great grandchild Finton Foulon; and his brother Horatio Cooper (Sharon).
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home - Ocean Springs (911 Porter Ave, Ocean Springs, MS 39564).
