With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeremy Scott Forehand of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, who passed away on May 26, 2025 at the age of 47. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father William "Billy" Forehand, Jr.; his grandparents, Bud, Eleanor Forehand, Tommy and Bernice Letort; his father-in-law William "Pee Wee" Barrett; and his brother-in-law Alan French.
He is survived by: his mother Marlene Letort Forehand; his wife Janet Barrett Forehand; his daughters, Macey and Lanie Forehand; his siblings, Les Forehand and Melanie French; his nephews, Kyle Bennett (Elizabeth), Jacob Bennett (Savannah) and Landon French; his great-niece Rylee Bennett; his mother-in-law Cherylin Barrett; his sister-in-law Theresa Barrett; and his pet Chipper. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He was awarded the Scholar Athlete Award in 1996 for the Gulf Coast Chapter of the National Football Foundation and Hall of Fame.
