He is survived by: his father Schuyler "Butch" Philio; his siblings, Robin Rumery (Thomas), Chuck Philio, Shannon Philio and Shawn Philio; his siblings' children, Eric Rumery and Karen Rumery; his former wife Tanya Skinner; his brother Dewayne; and his sister-in-law Christy Parish. He is also survived by numerous cousins and dear friends.
