He is survived by: his wife Lorna Kay Plylar; his children, Christopher "Chris" Matthew Plylar and Sara Louise Plylar; his stepchildren, Shane Cole, Jarrod Cole and Laura Cole; and his grandchildren, Logan Plylar, Leyton Plylar, Parker Plylar, Ronin Plylar, Shane Cole, Jace Cole, Treson Cole, Mikah Cole, Jimmy Cole and Tianna Will.
