He is survived by: his parents, Samuel "Sam" Smith and Jamie Smith; his wife Rhyannen Majo-Smith; his grandmother Elizabeth Nell Smith; his children, Victoria "Tori", Aviah Smith and Kullen Smith; his stepson Rhyland Hanberry; his sister Hayley Smith; his parents-in-law, Meredith Majo and Scott Majo; his siblings-in-law, Branden Majo, Jorden Majo and Sonia Kapoor; and his pet Freya.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made in Josh's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
