He was predeceased by: his parents, Mae Higginbotham Danise and Oris "Shorty" Danise; his sister Nora Wyble of James; his son-in-law Richard Timmons; and his granddaughters, Melissa and Tiffany Timmons.
He is survived by: his sister Opal Girouard (Drake); his children, Darren Danise (Kellie) and Darnell Danise-Timmons; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Rachael Timmons and Justin Danise (Shay); and his great grandchildren, Brian Bellknap, Preston Sinclair, Brooklyn Benintende, Abigail Milbrathe, Azlynn Timmons, Abel Summerlin, Vivian and Emma Danise.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (177 1st St, Biloxi, MS 39530). A burial was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Biloxi National Cemetery (400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS 39531).
