We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2025, Margaret Babischkin of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, born in Biloxi, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Sheldon Babischkin; her parents, Lucretia Buzolich Lee and Veen Lee, Sr.; her brother Veen Lee, Jr.; her uncle Webster; and her aunts, Dolores Lee and Helen Lee Barras.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Babischkin and Rene' McElroy (Mike); her grandchildren, Ashley Payne (Stephen), Tyler Babischkin (Jessica), Katie Johnson (Holton), Emma McElroy, Michael McElroy and Carrissa Babischkin; her great grandchildren, Stephen Payne, Max Payne and Annessa Johnson; her cousins, Terri Fournier, Joanna Letort, Gina Weaver, Robin Fayard and Amy Lechner; and her sibling's children, Peter Lee (Beverly), Shelby Lee, Marcy Babischkin, Gina Spencer, Francey Babischkin, Sean Babischkin, Mark Babischkin, Jeffrey Babischkin and Amie Babischkin.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church (4900 Riley Rd, Ocean Springs, MS 39564). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Crestlawn Memorial Park (4111 Bienville Blvd, Ocean Springs, MS 39564).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Catholic Social Services.
