She is survived by: her siblings, Fran Averett, Daisy Hicks and Dan Wilkes; and her children, Joseph Manley of Biloxi, David Manley (Diane) of Ocean Springs, Charlie Manley (Pam) of Mobile, AL and Kim Manley of Pearland, TX.
