He was predeceased by: his parents, Milner Beeman Winter and Voncille Kidd Winter; and his brother Bruce Winter. He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginger" Winter; his sons, Shane Winter and Rob Winter (Natasha); his granddaughter Shanna; his siblings, Stan Winter (Tricia), Richard Winter (Darlene) and Nancy McGuire (Gary); and his nephews, Stan Winter, Jr., Richard Winter, Jr. and John Thomas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Vancleave (12513 MS-57, Vancleave, MS 39565). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Biloxi National Cemetery (400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS 39531).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Michael's loving memory.
