He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Balius and Edwina Balius (Deloney); his brother Sydney Balius; his sister-in-law Gloria; and his grandson Joseph "Joey" Balius.
He is survived by : his wife Faye Balius (Adolphson); his brother Arnold Balius (Helen); and his children, Eddie Balius (Donna), Chris Balius (Robin), Matt Balius, Nick Balius (Christine) and Anna Overstreet (Will). He is also survived by relatives also include 14 grandchildren and their spouses, and 17 great grandchildren, extended family and many friends.
