He was predeceased by: his parents, Major John E. Treadway Sr. and Barbara Blunschi Treadway; his brother John E. Treadway Jr.; and his nephew James Treadway, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Johnston Treadway; his sons, Michael Treadway and Matthew Treadway; his granddaughters, Harper Treadway and Lyra Treadway; his siblings, James Treadway, Sr. (Jim), Mary Lipscomb (Tim) and Patty Ann Carrier; his siblings-in-law, Patricia Buxton Treadway, MaryAnne Johnston, Audrey Barth and Will Johnston; and his nieces and nephews, Scott Barth, Haydn Fisher, Jason Carrier, Jeremy Carrier, Joshua Carrier and Jennifer Carrier.
