He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis E Curtis Jr. and Josephine Gorenflo Curtis; and his brother John Stephen Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Anna. He is also survived by 3 children, daughter-in-law, 5 grandchildren, 2 sisters, brother, mother-in-law, sisters and brothers-in-laws, multiple nieces, nephews, great and great- great nieces and nephews.
